About David:
David joined UChicago Dining in 2023. Prior to joining UCD, he worked in facilities and operations roles across several schools within Chicago Public Schools. A Chicago native, David brings over 10 years of facilities and operations experience and more than 20 years of management experience to his role. He works closely to support kitchen equipment, building operations, and facility safety, helping ensure dining spaces remain functional, efficient, and ready to serve the campus community.
In his free time, David enjoys 3D printing, reading, miniature painting, and taking on creative hands-on projects. He also enjoys learning new skills and finding new ways to stay curious both at work and outside of it.
