
Christopher joined the University of Chicago and UChicago Dining in February 2012 and currently leads the dining program. Born in Nassau, Bahamas, Christopher is a first-generation college student and holds graduate or terminal degrees in urban higher education administration and leadership, theological studies, and business administration.
He brings more than 30 years of experience in higher education dining management and leadership and previously served as Vice President of Student Affairs at Jarvis Christian University. Christopher currently serves on several boards, including Chair of the National Association of College and University Food Services Board of Trustees and President and Chair of the Bethel Family Resource Center Board of Directors.
In his spare time, Christopher enjoys writing, motivational speaking, theological research, and community service. He is the author of 15 books.
