About Mike:
A native of Chicago’s northwestern suburbs and an alumnus of Western Illinois University, Mike Kline brings over 25 years of food service experience, including leadership in quick service restaurants, multiple universities, and premium passenger lounges. He specializes in multi-unit operations, production planning, labor optimization, workplace and food safety, and menu management. Since joining the University in 2023, Mike has managed contract compliance, point-of-sale maintenance, meal plan administration, and customer service.
Outside of work, Mike volunteers with animal rescue organizations that help cats and rabbits. At home, he has two dogs and a cat.
