Then consider signing up to become a Mystery Diner!

As a Mystery Diner, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience at the University of Chicago.

Diners will:
• Make a Difference: Your feedback directly contributes to improving dining services on campus. By participating, you help shape a better experience for all UChicago students, staff, and faculty.
• Flexible Scheduling: Participate on your own terms! Each quarter, you’ll have the opportunity to select times and locations that fit your personal schedule, making it easy to fit into your busy life.
• Enjoy Phoenix cASH: As a Mystery Diner, you’ll receive Phoenix cASH and A meal swipe to use at the selected dining locations. It’s a great way to enjoy meals while contributing to the improvement of dining services. A meal plan is not required to participate.
• Provide Insightful Feedback: After dining, you’ll complete online surveys detailing your experience, including photos of the environment, service, and food. Your observations help us understand what’s working well and what can be improved.
• Influence Future Changes: The insights you provide are used to create actionable plans and set goals aimed at enhancing the overall dining experience. Your feedback is instrumental in driving positive change.
• Engage with the Community: By participating, you become an integral part of the UChicago community’s effort to continuously improve. Your involvement helps foster a more enjoyable and efficient dining environment for everyone.
• Gain Unique Experiences: Experience different dining venues on campus and enjoy the variety of food and service styles. Each visit offers a new opportunity to contribute and enjoy a meal.
• Receive Compensation: As a token of our appreciation, you’ll receive extra funds to use throughout the academic year. This is our way of saying thank you for your valuable contribution.
